Convenient location, clean room, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast with diverse food options. The hotel is close to a subway station and within walking distance to several tourist attractions, small restaurants, and the city center. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and the view was enjoyable. We were impressed by the staff's willingness to assist us, even though some didn't speak much English. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a mix of Chinese and Western food.

We choose to stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city, close to the lake, which is nice to walk around, and the pedestrian shopping street. the hotel is also conveniently close to the airport bus. the room was clean, spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. the breakfast was extensive with brewed American coffee and the English speaking staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff, despite being helpful, struggled to communicate clearly in English.

Spent my new year here and I must say that it was a great experience. Two things that I really liked about the hotel were that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The hotel was also in a prime location, making it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the new year festivities. the breakfast offered was one of the best I've had in a while, offering a variety of options to choose from.

There were a couple of negatives during my stay. One of the biggest issues was the strong smell of smoke that could be detected throughout the hotel, making it unpleasant for non-smokers like myself.

Spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more memorable. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the city's attractions. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and all the facilities we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of local and international dishes. Additionally, the hotel's beautiful decorations made us feel at home for the holidays!

The smoky smell in some parts of the hotel, especially in the elevators. We had to keep the windows open to let fresh air into our room, which meant we heard more traffic noise. Also, some guests ignored the no smoking rules, which made some areas and rooms smell unpleasant. we'd still recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to this city with excellent staff, welcoming atmosphere, great facilities, and fantastic centrally located to explore the area.
